Position you are applying for: 501st Commander 11. Why do you want the position you are applying for?: The 501st has alot of good lore, which in turn makes for some great RP, if in the hands of a competent Commander. 12. Outside of CWRP, have you had any leadership positions on other server/games? If so, state what they are: I lead a squad on a server in Arma for a while, I have owned multiple of my own Garry's Mod SWRP servers, in which I have lead multiple battalions, and I was RC REG CMD on Icefuse for 2 months. 13. In your own words, what makes a good commander?: The ability to inspire other to take action. In my opinion, a good leader needs a few key traits. Confidence, Humility, Accountability, and Passion. 14. Why should we consider your application over other applications?: I am the most qualified, able, and ready to take on the role. I know more then enough about the 501st and I have plenty of experience leading both large, and small battalions. 15. How would you run the battalion you are applying for? Anything regarding how hard the tryouts are, seriousness, organization, anything else you think should go here: I would run the battalion seriously, but not to the point where people wont have fun. The tryouts would reflect how serious the battalion is, being that the battalion will be run seriously, the tryouts would be difficult, but not to the point of being impossible. It would be a fair, balanced, and fun RP experience for anyone wanting to join.  16. What do you know about the battalion that you are applying for?: The 501st Legion is a very lore rich battalion, from the Battle of Teth, to the Battle of Umbara to the Raid on the Jedi Temple, I feel I have a very good grasp on what the 501st is all about and how to handle myself. 17. How well are you at working with others, specifically other commanders on a scale of 1-10? (10 being the greatest.): I would say I am a 9. I am a reasonable, kind, and charismatic person. I wouldn't have a problem conversing and working together with others.                                                                      --------------------Situation Questions-------------------- 18. How would you handle a trooper disobeying orders on the battlefield?: Well, depending on the severity of it, I would give PT, and if it was consistent I would give them a demotion or a discharge. 19. You are preparing an assault on a CIS Outpost, you have a 10 man squad consisting of: 2 medics, 4 basic troops, 1 sniper, 2 Elite trooper, and yourself . How would you do it (If need be, make up the terrain for better understanding)?: I would first scout out the position, I would place the Sniper on-top of the ridges surrounding the base, I would have my Basic Troopers, move across the tree filled landscape followed by 1 medic and myself, I would have the Elite Troopers and the 2nd Medic, take the base by surprise coming from the other side of where I attacked. Myself and my troops would hold outside, taking cover behind trees and taking popshots at the droids to draw them closer, the sniper would start firing at the droids, at the same time the Elite Troops would have already entered the base, destroying the droids that have not engaged us in the forest.  20. You are heavily outnumbered by enemy forces and you are preparing a retreat. You spot a squad further ahead being pinned down, and you see a few escape routes. What would you do, and why?(Assist/Abandon): I would order my men to assist the other squad, for 2 reasons. Reason One, You never leave anyone behind. Reason Two, with the increases man power we could possibly escape and not take asmany casualties                                                                               --------------------Agreement-------------------- I, Arco, agree to follow the server rules at all time, follow the ranking structure, to command my battalion to the best of my abilities, and take command of operations when needed. If I fail to follow these instructions, I will take full responsibility of my actions and accept my demotion with no further delay.
