In your own words, what makes a good commander?:[/b]  [color=#e67e22]A good Commander is not just combat skills, it's how they lead their troopers into battle or in general. A good Commander is someone who is passionate about their troopers and being dedicated to their role[/color] [b]14. Anything regarding how hard the tryouts are, seriousness, organization, anything else you think should go here:[/b]  [color=#e67e22]I'm not a strict person in general and I'm sure all of you guys know that, I want to have fun with the people around me and if I become CO I would [/color] [color=#e67e22]be pretty forgiving, they will be serious and they will be incredibly organized because that's how pilots are supposed to be. I will do Tryouts often, and training  every day, I'll make sure that Pilots aren't "boring" and I'll make sure to make the most out of my pilots time. We could have Squadrons formed, formations, everything.[/color] [b]16. What do you know about the battalion that you are applying for?:[/b] [color=#e67e22]Pilots are apart of Naval, they repair, and fly ships like ARC-170s, Torrents, V-wings, and LAATs, they provide CAS, heavy transport, transport and fighter support[/color] [b]17. How well are you at working with others, specifically other commanders on a scale of 1-10? You are preparing an assault on a CIS Outpost, you have a 10 man squad consisting of: 2 medics, 4 basic troops, 1 sniper, 2 Elite trooper, and yourself . How would you do it (If need be, make up the terrain for better understanding)?:[/b] [color=#e67e22]Split the squads into 2, one squad will consist of one medic, 2 basic troops and 1 elite trooper, the other will also have 2 troops, 1 elite and 1 medic, the sniper will be positioned at a high point and provide cover for the troops on the ground, one squad will enter on one side the other will go on the other and I will go with one squad. [/color] [b]20. You are heavily outnumbered by enemy forces and you are preparing a retreat. You spot a squad further ahead being pinned down, and you see a few escape routes. What would you do, and why?(Assist/Abandon):[/b]  [color=#e67e22]Call for close CAS and bring a small squad (possibly containing a Jedi) to aid the retreat, take one of the escape routes and regroup with the main force, if we're still greatly outnumbered then we will have to resort to calling for reinforcements, and if that doesnt work possibly a full evacuation of the planet to regroup all the troops[/color] [b]                                                                             --------------------Agreement--------------------[/b] [color=#e67e22][b]I, Ghost, agree to follow the server rules at all time, follow the ranking structure, to command my battalion to the best of my abilities, and take command of operations when needed. I could question his seriousness, but then again, it feels nice to have a Commander who's a bit more lenient and can give the players the feeling of actually playing a game, not being at work.  He's organized, dedicated and it would be nice to have him back where he belongs.
