In your own words, what makes a good commander?:[/b][/color] [color=#8e44ad][b]I'd say that a good commander knows how to effectively pick the best suited individuals for their regiment ranging from a variety of personnel who are different but all serve under the same banner and follow the same person. They are a representative alongside the personnel they choose. A role model for other people, be it with them or in another Battalion.[/b][/color] [b][color=#2980b9]14. Why should we consider your application over other applications?:[/color] [color=#8e44ad]You should consider my experience over others as well as my game time - but that would be all.[/color][/b] [color=#2980b9][b]15. How would you run the battalion you are applying for? Anything regarding how hard the tryouts are, seriousness, organisation, anything else you think should go here:[/b][/color] [color=#8e44ad][b]Personnel will be handpicked and offered to undertake the ARC qualifying form. If they are to pass this they will move onto Phase 2, which will be their tryout. It will be a 2-strike system that gauges their accuracy against targets, live or inanimate objects; as well as trigger discipline on a way different level. There will be combat situations involved where they must clear a certain area. They then will be required to test their ability with the Climb Swep and Grapple Hook. They will be tested on formations and faces briefly as well. They'll be given a short briefing on how they should act on the base, which would be to march and check important areas regularly; as well as what they can and can't do. There may be stuff I think about on the fly regarding their Tryouts that I'll have them do - which is how I usually operate so it's unpredictable how the tryout will be. As for those who are already in ARC/Made it into ARC; there will be a no tolerance policy for rulebreaking or harassment of other battalions. If an ARC Member has a problem with another Regiment, then it should be settled in the SIM room with a gentleman's duel and afterwards a handshake. Any out-of-server relations that are brought to the server that are negative should stay out of the server. ARC will always be addressed after any events on their performance, negative or positive.[/b][/color] [b][color=#2980b9]16. What do you know about the battalion that you are applying for?: [/color][color=#8e44ad]The ARC Troopers are an elite variant of the regular Clone Troopers. They will undertake dangerous or otherwise special operations missions and cover reconnaissance if the situation deems it necessary. They're trained with mostly everything that other regiments utilise and are primarily special operations, but not to be confused with Republic Commandos. ARC typically stay with the main force unless directed otherwise.[/color] [/b] [color=#2980b9][b]17. Pulling him aside wastes time. Attempting to stop him wastes time. Continue with the fight against the CIS and deal with him back on the ship. All dependent on the situation and what order he is disobeying.[/color][/b] [color=#2980b9][b]19. You are preparing an assault on a CIS Outpost, you have a 10 man squad consisting of: 2 medics, 4 basic troops, 1 sniper, 2 Elite trooper, and yourself . How would you do it (If need be, make up the terrain for better understanding)?: [/b][/color][color=#8e44ad][b]One Medic will stay at the back and the 4 basic troopers will go to the frontlines. Meanwhile, the Sniper will post on any nearby hill that provides a vantage post. The Elite Troopers will flank the enemy forces in pincer-style movement. The second medic will also go with the Elite Troopers. I will accompany the Elite Troopers. Eventually we will all regroup within the CIS Outpost.
