8. What days and times can you be active on the server?
I have a variable schedule. Between school, work and personal activities, I can always make time for online stuff. I find myself pretty good at managing my time accordingly and although my hours may not always be the same, others can vouch for my active time.
9. Do you have Discord and a Microphone (Required)?
Discord and working microphone. Phone is always close-by.
--------------------Commander Questions--------------------
10.Position you are applying for: Commander Bacara of the 21st Nova Corps (Galactic Marines)
11. Why do you want the position you are applying for?
I've always been called a leader, and I won't deny that I prefer to lead over following. Over time, I came to dislike the responsibilities that came with the position before ultimately not being interested anymore, choosing rather to be just another grunt in the crowd. Surprisingly, I'll admit that changed when I fell under Blitz' leadership, which reminded me of the good things that come with having people that rely on you just as much as you rely on them. I feel about ready to give it a shot again. To make it clear, I want to see where my leadership skills can lead me in here and maybe even improve them along the way.
12. Outside of CWRP, have you had any leadership positions on other server/games? If so, state what they are:
I've been on Arma for about a year now, on which I did a lot, ranging from Sergeant to Consultant, though as stated above, nothing too close to commanding. Other SWRPs, though I don't believe that can count. I've made most of my name on Halo RP as a Squad Lead. Other than that, I occupy a Supervising position at my current job, which I've been told I excel at.
13. In your own words, what makes a good commander?
There's too many things that can make a good Commander, ranging from being attentive to organized, but I think it all goes down to having a head on your shoulder. Listen to those around you; a Team/Squad/Battalion is no good if you're the only one ahead and your people are all on different footing. Observe, note and stay focused. There's so much one can understand and learn just by paying a close eye to detail.
At the end of the day, I believe in one golden rule. Do your best.

14. Why should we consider your application over other applications?
I won't start showing-off stating how better I am than others. From what I've seen, all other applicants bring something to the table. I think it simply matters on what you need at the moment and who you think can make the most out of what you give them. I've shown what I'm capable of doing on the server already and if that's not enough, then nothing will be.
15. How would you run the battalion you are applying for? Anything regarding how hard the tryouts are, seriousness, organization, anything else you think should go here
I'd handle my battalion like I'd like to be handled. I enjoy doing tryouts just as much as I sometimes hand-pick from the field. It won't be anything too hard, but solid enough to be challenging. My people will be put in position where they have to communicated and rely on each others. Attitude over aptitude. Skills can be improved, but attitude can't. Seriousness is always something, it's only a matter of knowing when and where to mess around. People who can understand that will fit in well. As for organization, I don't have many limits other than keeping tab of who joins. So long as my troops can show a minimum of activity and interest, my expectations don't go much further than that.
16. What do you know about the battalion that you are applying for?
Without referring to the wiki, I know the 21st Novas were solid, rough troopers, shaped in the worst battles a Clone can imagine. They were "hard asses" and usually devoid of emotions. When you've seen the worst, it's hard seeing the sunshine and rainbows afterwards. They were under the direct command of General Mundi (which I'd very much like) and participated in battles like the 2nd Assault on Geonosis as well as the invasion of Mygeeto when Order 66 was given.
17. How well are you at working with others, specifically other commanders on a scale of 1-10?
As stated above, I'm very specific when it comes to people. I can get along with everyone, but that doesn't mean I will like them. As a Commander, it's your duty to put your feelings aside in order to complete the task at hand, so a good 9. Of course, I wouldn't apply for this position if I didn't believe I could do well with our current COs.
--------------------Situation Questions--------------------
18.How would you handle a trooper disobeying orders on the battlefield?
To begin with? I'd make sure never to put myself in that position in the first place. If it did come down to it, I'd ignore it once. Sometimes, others have different, better ideas, but they are either too busy or uncomfortable to let them be known, which I wouldn't make a case out of. If it came to multiple offenses, then it would be about pulling them aside. If they have been repeatedly disobeying, then surely there's a reason for that, which I would like to know. He might've acted the way he did because I made a misstep somewhere down the line, which again, he was too uncomfortable to share. If it becomes a severe problem or they don't have any reason for it, it's a matter of booting them out.
19. You are preparing an assault on a CIS Outpost, you have a 10 man squad consisting of: 2 medics, 4 basic troops, 1 sniper, 2 Elite trooper, and yourself . How would you do it (If need be, make up the terrain for better understanding)?
I believe it would all depend on the size of the outpost. Let's make it a big one. In that case, recon is essential. I want to know what we're up against and keep my men from assaulting something that they can't handle. My Elite troops along with a medic can handle that. Once it's done, it can either go two ways. My Elites figure out another way inside, wait for my signal and I launch a surprise assault from a critical position (vantage point, supply route, anything of importance) to maintain an element of surprise. If not, they regroup with us and we do the same.
Correct troopers assignment is a priority. The medics must always remain out of danger, but close enough to maintain a certain sight on the wounded ahead. The sniper is also critical. If both medics remain close at hand, the sniper can be moved around at will. If my Elites don't feel confident in their abilities to accomplish the task at hand, I can spare a medic to give them a hand and keep the sniper close to me to provide more firepower, compensating for the lack of that said Medic.
There's also nothing that keeps me from assigning my best Basic Troop to assist the Elites. Maybe he could become one himself.
20. You are heavily outnumbered by enemy forces and you are preparing a retreat. You spot a squad further ahead being pinned down, and you see a few escape routes. What would you do, and why?(Assist/Abandon)
I'd say it depends on how many troopers that squad has, relying on whether we can gain the upper-hand in numbers or not, but regardless, I don't see myself abandoning a Squad behind while I retreat. We fight together, we die together.
I'd relay to Command and make sure we don't compromise anything, including if support is already on the way. If not, we'll work out an escape strategy. Take a handful of troopers to form a line between us and the incoming forces while we slowly retreat before providing cover fire for them to follow. If Command has already sent support, I'd proceed with the safest route for evacuation, but order a few of mine to support the Squad until reinforcements arrive.
--------------------Agreement--------------------
I, Emerald, agree to follow the server rules at all time, follow the ranking structure, to command my battalion to the best of my abilities, and take command of operations when needed. If I fail to follow these instructions, I will take full responsibility of my actions and accept my demotion with no further delay.
