Why do you want the position you are applying for?: [/b]Since the launch of the server, I have noticed that our activity within the Shock Battalion has not been going well AT ALL, so I'm here to change that. I am here to applying because I want order not only Shock Battalion but also the rest of the server for the better.  [b]12. Outside of CWRP, have you had any leadership positions on other server/games? In your own words, what makes a good commander?:[/b] A good CMDR must know how to lead a battalion (especially this one), and must show dedication in their work environment. [b]14. Why should we consider your application over other applications?:[/b] You should consider me to be the Shock CMDR, because I have had A LOT of experience (as said in question #12). I can get along with troopers very well and asses situations properly. [b]15. How would you run the battalion you are applying for? Anything regarding how hard the tryouts are, seriousness, organization, anything else you think should go here:[/b] I believe that you need to be serious as a commander especially for this battalion. You need to show that Shock can handle tasks that no other battalion can deal with. Speaking of tryouts, I will conduct at least 1-2 tryouts every week to ensure that the battalion is fresh and is still looking for new recruits. The battalion that I am applying to command must always be serious and never lenient. If I do find that my troopers ever fall under the category of being lenient, they will only receive one warning. Any other warnings will result in removal from the battalion. As for tryouts being twice a week, I will enforce only 1 mandatory meeting every week (will occur on any day of the week). Promotions are simple, prove well in battle and other tasks would be considered a promotion, failing to follow such tasks will result in a demotion or removal from the battalion (depending on what the situation is). Tryouts will also include climb swep, faces, and situational questions. Answer questions correctly and show that you are capable of completing basic maneuvers will complete the first trial of tryouts. The second trial will consist in how the trooper acts in battle with the weapons and utilities given (ex. Trainees). Completion of both tasks will grant you a spot on my battalion.  [b]16. What do you know about the battalion that you are applying for?: [/b]Shock troopers are high-class troopers who were made to serve as being security/bodyguards in any situation, that being protecting higher level authorities.  [b]17. How well are you at working with others, specifically other commanders on a scale of 1-10? (10 being the greatest.) 9 or 10[/b]                                                                      [b]--------------------Situation Questions--------------------[/b] [b]18.How would you handle a trooper disobeying orders on the battlefield?:[/b] As a CMDR, me or one of my troopers would apprehend the individual and run a report through the COMMS for their arrest and warn the individual of their "crime". I would talk to their CMDR for either [u]PT[/u] or a [u]DEMOTION[/u] if needed.  [b]19. You are preparing an assault on a CIS Outpost, you have a 10 man squad consisting of: 2 medics, 4 basic troops, 1 sniper, 2 Elite trooper, and yourself . How would you do it (If need be, make up the terrain for better understanding)?: [/b]Since the majority of the squad consists of even numbers, I would split it up into 2 teams. Both would contain 2 basic troopers in the front, 1 elite trooper in the middle, and the medic in the back (type of formation). Since there are 2 men remaining, I would lead behind one of the teams and the sniper would support the other team from a distance as it has a weapon that can hit from a far. Both the Sniper and I would communicate back and forth on what the situation is a meet up at rally points if needed. Our attacks will be coordinated, as this is how you can effectively attack the Outpost. The enemies wouldn't even know what had hit them! [b]20. You are heavily outnumbered by enemy forces and you are preparing a retreat. You spot a squad further ahead being pinned down, and you see a few escape routes. What would you do, and why?(Assist/Abandon):[/b] Assist ; never leave another brother behind !
