Position you are applying for: Base Ops: Admiral  11. Why do you want the position you are applying for?: I have played for many servers and have played all types of clone jobs, but i haven't been able to be navel. In the past i have gotten a Co postion and gm, and staff before, but i feel as changing it up would be a great experience for me, and not so much of the front lines action, more of a fun job. 12. Outside of CWRP, have you had any leadership positions on other server/games? If so, state what they are: I have a CO postition in my 101st Airborne Arma Group, that i am currently working on, i have had NCO, postitions, and junior officer postitions. 13. In your own words, what makes a good commander?: A good commander, means you must have loyalty, time, effort, good to get along with, and be confident in him/herself to be in charge of others, and have that responsibility to take command. 14. Why should we consider your application over other applications:  Even though i am quite new to the server i think you should consider my application because even though i don't have a lot of experience i do have some, and I would love to try something new, I also believe this will be really fun, and i have the maturity to take the leading role 15. How would you run the battalion you are applying for? I would run the navel strict, but also make it fun but the training would be somewhat hard for them because navel is a big deal and they need to take it seriously, if they did do anything bad i would punish them (PT, Kicked out, etc), and i would make them do navel exercises to make them combat ready. 16. What do you know about the battalion that you are applying for?: Naval is a base of operations battalion, that takes place in the command center, when you join navel you get an officer rank because you haft to be an officer to work in  the command center, i also know if they work in a ship(Venator) that the they control the ship, ship guns, and hanger doors, and are also flight control. 17. How well are you at working with others, specifically other commanders on a scale of 1-10? (10 being the greatest.) I love working with others its my favorite thing to do and if i'm in a work environment I always want to work with others but on the other hand they could be annoying and piss me off (9)                                                                    --------------------Situation Questions--------------------  18.How would you handle a trooper disobeying orders on the battlefield?: I would first talk to the trooper and see what is bothering him not to follow orders and give him a verbal warning, if he does do it a second time (if he was in navel i would kick him out) i would call shock and have them take him to the brig, but if he keeps on doing it i would call an admin because he would be breaking server rules (FRP).  19. You are preparing an assault on a CIS Outpost, you have a 10 man squad consisting of: 2 medics, 4 basic troops, 1 sniper, 2 Elite trooper, and yourself . How would you do it (If need be, make up the terrain for better understanding)?: I would be on the planet of Kashyyyk with the squad in a collection of tree huts over looking the CIS base. Me and the sniper would stay up the the tower over looking the upcoming battle and the sniper would be sniping the droids while i would be his spotter. I would send the 4 troops,2 medics, and Elite troops to stealthily enter the base. I would tell the Elite troopers to grapple in, while the medics and four troops took out the front guads by snapping there necks and they wait out the front gate. The Elite troopers would go and open front gate snapping and killing the droids that got in there way. Than the battle would start the elite troops would start blasting, the medics, normal's, and sniper would be blasting. If any clone got injured i would tell them to try and pull out while one of the medics try's and helps you. After the battle has finished and we one i would set up a communication system using CIS tech to call us a LAAT to take us off planet. 20. You are heavily outnumbered by enemy forces and you are preparing a retreat. You spot a squad further ahead being pinned down, and you see a few escape routes. What would you do, and why?(Assist/Abandon): I would quickly create a plan for our escape but i would tell my men that i am with to give the others troops covering fire and make our escape.                                                                             --------------------Agreement-------------------- I, “Pancakes”, agree to follow the server rules at all time, follow the ranking structure, to command my battalion to the best of my abilities, and take command of operations when needed.
