[b][i]#1. Why do you want to be staff on Pharaoh Networks (150+ Word Minimum)
A: I wish to be a staff on Pharaoh Networks because I want to see a growing community thrive among other servers within Garry's Mod. For me, Pharaoh Networks is a great starting place to see and make something new! I hope to see updates and cool new features only available on this server. I personally would love to see playable deathwatch factions or playable CIS invasions. But In total I wish to see Pharaoh Networks' Star Wars RP the best server available to the public; with strict codes, yet fun content that everyone can enjoy. I can't describe how many servers have corrupt admins, but I wish to join and make a difference in the community with small steps. I want to be staff to help people, to teach people, and most importantly: to entertain people. What kind of server would one be, if there was no fun? Yet countless others are! I want to Ensure the staff is well behaved, because after all they are representing Pharaoh Networks and it's ability to make content enjoyable. I hope to see a server that is successful in what it does, and mainly I hope to make the server a better place for anyone who wishes to play.

#2. How can you help out the Server/ Community?
A:
By Helping those who have troubles on Garry's Mod and having fun with the community!
#3. Tell me about your skills that you can utilize while being staff (100+ Word Minimum)
A:
My ability to stay calm and never over react, helps tremendously. I rarely get stressed out of situations and when I do, I'm usually back to normal when something distracts me. I have played Event admin awhile back and often I would get stuck in a sticky situation where a player can't figure out how a key bind works, or can't follow his Commander's orders. And when I'm in those situations, I usually am calm and make sure the player gets what he needs and if I can't help him with a problem, I would show him a person or website that would help him. Most people find me as the kind of person that is quiet, but as time passes I'm suddenly excited about a topic or scenario. That usually imprints on another person's mind that he is here to help or can be of use. Other than my skills that could help in a staff sitting, I'm rather normal.
#4. What sets you apart from the other members applying to become apart of the [PN] Staff Team? (150+ Word Minimum)
A:
This Goes along with Number three, as There is not really much setting me apart from other members in the PN Staff Team. I am rather normal when it comes to situations and may get stuck in some situations at times, but overall there's nothing different. If I'd have to guess, it would be my subtle approach to problems. I love being apart of the community and love to help and serve people. I take enjoyment in watching others succeed and have fun. I wish I could be more aggressive and bold in conversations, as I often only speak when spoken to. But when I was an Event Admin on another server, I was the one setting the stage for others to play, and I enjoyed It. But Now I wish to set the game for others to play, to help with difficult scenarios, so that this server becomes the absolute Best!
#5. What is your status with the community (Do the players think your funny, nice, mean, strict etc.) [75 word minimum]
A:
I can't speak for everyone who has witnessed me, but most would say I'm quiet. They wouldn't say I'm mean or strict for the most part, but I at times can crack a few jokes now and then. I guess my username could fit me, as I am just a random player from the population of gamers. I don't really do anything that would define me as different, but most players take the approach that I am a quiet, non threatening person, which I can be at times.
#6. What is an example of a bad staff member. [75 word minimum]
A:
An Example of a bad staff member includes breaking one or more of the following codes: Mingey, Corrupt, overly strict, non friendly, lazy, or dishonest. Mingery is often rare among civilized servers, but can happen most often than you would think. Corruption can take place from non-loyal Staff which usually bends or breaks rules for someone who obviously needs to be punished. Now there is a difference between rule bending for someone who didn't know better and rule bending for someone just because they could demote them in RP. Being Overly strict sometimes can ruin games and may lead to unpopularity. There is nothing wrong with being strict on a subject, but when the rule was unspecified or not understandable, It can cause some problems. Usually this never happens with servers who have specific rules. Being Non Friendly can take away from the aspect that you are there to help. Such as yelling at a player when something is wrong. Sometimes a situation may occur when violence is needed, but is never the go-to. Being Lazy speaks for itself, as not answering a call of help when you have nothing to be doing, is just wrong. And Finally Being Dishonest, which rarely ever happens. Dishonesty in claims or quotes can ruin an outsider's perspective on a situation. For example, when someone who is not apart of the situation asks what happened, and you reply with "guy rdm'd someone" when in actuality, they were protecting themselves. These are the Bad no nos of the Admin world.
